Below are events I have worked on.
Los Angeles Film Festival (2008, 2009)
I directed theater operations for a 114-seat (2009) and 250-seat (2010) theatrical venue for the LA Film Festival. I directly communicated and worked with film directors, producers, and publicists to effectively manage talent relations during movie premieres. I monitored and managed logistical operations for red carpet premieres and other events during the film festival and supervised a team of 50 volunteers, throughout the 10 days, while managing both media and talent during red carpet events.
Movie Premieres
While working at the Los Angeles Film Festival, I helped monitor and manage the logistical operations for the Hollywood premiere of both the movie “Wanted” and “Paper Man”.
"Heroes" Season Three Permier Event
I helped manage the media table at NBC Universal’s TV show Heroes season three premiere event.
"Biggest Loser" Season 6 Finale Event
I helped manage the media table at NBC Universal’s TV show Biggest Loser season six finale.
"Days of our Lives" Day of Days Annual Event
I helped manage the media and guest relations table at NBC Universal’s TV show Days of our Lives annual event.
Regal Entertainment Theaters (2001 - 2007)
Oversaw and managed the logistics of large crowds each weekend for movie premieres at a 10 screen movie theater. I was also the primary contributor to training and developing 6 to 12 new movie theater employees each hiring cycle. Managed daily operations including cash handling, security, stock inventory, projection booth, & guest services.
Visalia Rawhide Baseball
I monitored and updated the stadium message board and social media platforms in the press box in real-time during home games for the 2012 season.
Fresno Monsters Hockey
I ensured game-day event logistics ran smoothly, including fan giveaways, fan assistance center, and talent relations “meet and greet” after each home game for the 2011 season.
Feeding The Frontline Initiative
During COVID, I oversaw a campaign that helped feed the frontline and essential workers. For 7 weeks I oversaw the logistics and management of how, when, and where to transport, on average, 160+ meals to different organizations and companies. In total over 1,100 meals were transported and donated to 19 different facilities.
